SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping:
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $75 within the Continental United States.

Processing Time:
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and an additional 2–5 business days for delivery.
Processing and shipping times may vary for specific products. Any exceptions will be stated in the product description.

Shipping Carriers:
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
Pure Sevyn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier.
Both USPS and UPS insure certain lost or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it, you can file a claim directly with your carrier:

RETURN POLICY

At Pure Sevyn, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Because our pieces are produced in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds at this time. However, we understand that sizing matters.

We are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for sizing adjustments. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To request an exchange, please email us at contact@puresevyn.com with your order number and name. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
